If you have a problem with a product that has not been resolved by our technical support or sales staff, you can return the product within the timeframe set forth in our Terms & Conditions [AS1]. The first step is to complete the return form.
This form must be completed in its entirety, and we will respond by email within 3 business days, with the instructions to formalize the return.
The products must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent. No requests for products that arrive damaged by sufficient packaging or show deterioration due to its use will not be attended to.
